Details:
Infrastructure Canberra is seeking a highly organised and motivated leader to join the Northside Hospital Project team as Director, Project Governance and Administration.
This role is responsible for leading project governance and administration functions for one of the ACT's largest and most significant infrastructure projects.
You will provide strategic oversight of governance processes, coordinate high-quality reporting and documentation, support effective decision-making, and help ensure the successful delivery of the new Northside Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project that will enhance healthcare services for the Canberra community for generations to come.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
A good working knowledge of Records Management system such as Objective will be an advantage.
A good working knowledge of Project Document Management system such as Aconex will be an advantage.
Relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) in Management, Project Management or Public Policy will be an advantage.
Note:
This is a temporary position available from 9 November **** to7 December **** with the possibility of extension up to 12 months.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.




Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
This position is located in a workplace designated for activity-based working (ABW).
Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
Note: Under the ACTPS employment framework you may be placed in another role where required for the effective administration of the service.
Where an offer of employment is for a fixed-term period, any related temporary contracts within the Territory will be issued in compliance with the requirements and applicable exceptions outlined in the Fair Work Act.
