Experience preparing, cooking and presenting quality food in accordance with relevant standards

Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation as prescribed by legislation, standards
n
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate – Minimum Level 1
n
Experience in café-style front-of-house operations
n
Order stock, budget, cash balancing
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; teamwork; demonstrated commitment to high ethical practice; ability to work well with young people
n
Ability to provide a COVID-19 vaccination certificate
n
Access to registered, comprehensively insured vehicle while on duty, current driver's licence and telephone
n
n
DESIRABLE
n
n
Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
n
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate – Level 2
n
Current First Aid Certificate
n
Training and Assessment TAE
n
Previous experience in training and supporting staff
n
Experience in catering
