About the Role
n
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and leadership across a variety of residential aged care facilities throughout the Central Coast.
n
Duties may include:
n
n
Delivering person-centred nursing care to aged care residents
n
Medication administration and clinical assessments
n
Care planning, documentation and clinical reviews
n
Monitoring and responding to changes in resident conditions
n




Wound care and chronic disease management
n
Supporting and supervising care staff
n
Maintaining infection control and clinical governance standards
n
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary care teams
n
n
To Be Successful You Will Have
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Minimum 12 months' nursing experience, preferably in aged care
n
Current National Police Check
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Robust clinical assessment and communication skills
n
Ability to work across multiple facilities
n
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends
n
