Branch Manager – Perth | Operations, People & Growth

As Perth Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch. This is a hands‐on leadership position with responsibility for people, operations, customers and profitability. You will lead a commercially minded approach to branch management, taking ownership of the branch, developing your team, building robust customer relationships and identifying opportunities for continued growth.

Key responsibilities

Leading the day‐to‐day operation of the Perth branch and warehouse
n
Managing, developing and supporting branch employees
n
Taking ownership of branch profitability and financial performance
n
Monitoring costs, productivity, margins and operational KPIs
n
Ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service
n
Visiting key customers when required
n
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
n
Identifying opportunities to grow existing and new business
n




Improving operational processes and branch efficiency
n
Maintaining high standards of workplace safety and compliance
n

Proven experience managing people and building effective teams
n
Branch, warehouse, operations or similar management experience
n
Strong commercial and financial awareness
n
An understanding of what drives branch profitability
n
Strong communication and problem‐solving abilities
n
A practical and hands‐on approach to leadership
n
The confidence to make decisions and take ownership
n
A strong focus on safety, service and operational performance
n
The ability to identify and pursue opportunities for growth
