Job Description
Blue Door Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Kitchen Hand to join our production team. This role supports our kitchen production on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with early morning starts from approximately 5:00 am and shifts generally finishing around 10:00 am.

Key responsibilities
n
Assisting with food preparation and production
n
Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
n
Keeping preparation and storage areas clean and organised
n
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
n
Receiving and putting away stock where required
n
Supporting the kitchen team to keep production running efficiently
n
About you
n
Reliable, organised, and productive
n
Comfortable with early morning starts
n
Available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:00 am
n
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience would be helpful
