We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join their operations based in Sydney's west. Reporting to the Service Manager, your duties will include:

Installation and commissioning of new machinery on customer sites
n
Planned service and maintenance activities
n
Attending to breakdown situations as required
n
Providing excellent customer service including end user training
n
Completion of timely and accurate service reports
n
n
Our ideal candidate will possess:
n
n




Trade/tertiary qualifications in a mechanical, electrical or electronic trade
n
Previous Field Service experience in an industrial workplace
n
At a minimum, the ability to obtain a Restricted Electrical Licence. An A-Grade licence is a distinct advantage
n
Strong communication and customer service abilities
n
A manual driver licence
n
n
