About the role:
n
We are seeking a dynamicNDIS Services Team Leadto join our passionate team at Endeavour Foundation. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of high-quality enabling services for the people we support, as well as leading a team of NDIS coordinators and rostering officers. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Client Services, you'll play a key role in reshaping service delivery to create better client experiences for the future.

Responsibilities:

Guide a team to drive quality assurance, compliance, and exceptional service.
n
Implement workforce optimisation and financial strategies that align with our mission and deliver sustainable results.
n
Be the go-to expert, coaching and sharing knowledge across the organisation.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement and business strategies that enhance the end-to-end client experience.
n
n
About you:
n
n
Tertiary qualification in business, community services, or a related field (desirable).
n
Experience working with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)



includes individuals who have previously worked with the NDIA or as a Support Coordinator, with a track record of leading successful, high-performing teams, ideally within NDIA or Support Coordination services.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and relevant applications, ensuring professional and timely completion of tasks.
n
Willingness to obtain a current National Criminal History check, Yellow Card, and Blue Card.
n
Solid experience in leading high-performing teams, with a working knowledge of the NDIS (preferably with a focus on SIL).
