Job Description
FairWind are looking for an experienced Wind turbine electrical technician to work with our collaborative team near Rockhampton.

This will be a full time role with FairWind on site where accommodation, meals, transport and PPE are provided.
n
The current project will go for up to a year and we will then offer the opportunity to work on the next project for installation.
n The roster is 3 weeks on and 1 week off, where transport is provided to get you home and back to site.
n
Responsibilities

Working with a team to build and install wind turbine tower parts and nacelles
n
Installing and testing cabling and switching
n
Ensuring secure and correct integration with site substation
n
n
Qualifications
n
n




GWO training is essential - BST & BTT at a minimum
n
Queensland A Grade Electrical Licence
n
All other training or refreshes can be provided where required
n
