Qube is hiring an Entry level Onboarding Co-Ordinator in Brisbane. You will coordinate new hire paperwork, onboarding sessions, and training programs, acting as the main contact for recent hires and ensuring a smooth first experience.
You will develop onboarding materials, customize plans with managers, and monitor effectiveness of processes. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday with onsite parking and career development opportunities.
