We are looking for an Educator who:
n
Will feel inspired by children and the learning that takes place, viewing children as capable and competent
n
Has an understanding of both the EYLF and the NQS
n
Has the ability to work collaboratively
n
Is flexible and reliable
n
Has a deep respect for children and is able to explore new ideas with children, as co‐researchers and co‐learners
n
Is supportive of the use of the 100 Languages of Children, providing opportunities for the children to express their ideas, hypotheses and theories
n
Is able to create inviting, inspiring and challenging learning environments, seeing the value of "the environment as the 3rd teacher"
n
Is joyful in their work and engagement with children and families.

What we need from you:
n
Diploma or Qualified Cert III, Willing to study or Studying Towards
n
Current Working with Children Check (Blue card)
n
A passion for the Early Childhood sector
