This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join a highly regarded commercial builder with a strong Sydney pipeline and a reputation built over more than 30 years.

You'll join an experienced project team delivering quality commercial projects while continuing to develop your contractual, commercial and project delivery skills.

The Opportunity
n
You'll work alongside an experienced Project Manager and project team, gaining exposure across:
n
n
Procurement and subcontractor management
n
Contracts and variations
n
Cost reporting and forecasting
n
Client and consultant coordination
n
Design management
n
Project programming and delivery
n
Project close-out
n
n
You'll be given genuine responsibility while still having experienced people around you when you need support.
n
About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
n
Commercial Contracts Administration experience
n
Experience on quality commercial projects
n
Strong commercial and contractual understanding
n
Good communication and relationship-building skills
n
Reliable references
n
n
