Robsin Electrical & Data is an established commercial electrical contractor working with a select group of builders across Sydney. Established in ****, we've built strong relationships by doing things properly, pricing accurately, planning well and delivering projects without surprises.

Our work includes commercial office fitouts, refurbishments and base build electrical upgrades, with projects typically ranging from $50k to $1M+.

We're looking for an Electrical Estimator to join our team to price commercial projects in a fast-paced construction environment. The role focuses on accurate estimating, identifying cost-saving opportunities and preparing competitive tenders that support a strong pipeline of work.

Role Responsibilities

Prepare electrical estimates for commercial fitouts, refurbishments and base build projects
n
Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
n
Complete electrical take-offs and labour build-ups
n
Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates
n
Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing
n
Identify scope gaps, risks and exclusions during tender reviews
n
Price variations and scope changes
n




Support project managers during project delivery
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to preparing competitive tenders that help win work
n
Experience estimating electrical works in commercial construction or fitouts
n
Strong understanding of installation methods and labour productivity
n
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
n
Experience preparing tenders and scopes of work
n
Robust organisation and attention to detail
n
Experience with estimating or project software (SimPRO highly regarded)
n
n
Electricians transitioning off the tools with estimating experience are also encouraged to apply.
