Job Description
As an HR Truck Driver at Mr Metal Recycling, you will play a vital role in the transportation of materials and goods across our waste management and recycling operations. This full-time position with overtime (and rotating Saturdays) is based in Taren Point, NSW and involves operating heavy vehicles to collect and deliver a range of materials in a protected, efficient and timely manner.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate a range of heavy vehicles to transport materials and goods
n
Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations
n
Load and unload vehicles at various collection and delivery points
n
Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries and vehicle usage
n
Provide excellent customer service to clients
n




Contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics and transportation operations
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Extensive experience (2+ years) operating heavy vehicles in a commercial or industrial setting
n
Strong knowledge of road rules, vehicle safety, and load restraint requirements
n
Excellent driving skills and history (documentation will be required)
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
