Are you an experienced commercial landscaper ready to lead, inspire, and make an impact? The Softscape Team Leader is a highly motivated and experienced landscaping all-rounder looking to delivering high-quality landscape maintenance that makes a real difference.

As a SureGreen Team Leader, you'll:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of your site
n
Lead and mentor apprentices and team members
n
Minor Construction – including mowing, hedging, pruning, general horticultural work etc.
n

The ideal candidate has/is:

At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
n
Ideal candidate with a certificate in Landscape Construction or suitable experience
n
Demonstrated industry experience
n
White Card
n
Understanding of WHS and sustainable environmental practices
