We are seeking an experienced and motivatedAccounts Receivable / Credit Control Officer to join our finance team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and ensuring the efficient management of accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities
n
n
Daily cash allocation and receipting
n
Customer account reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies
n
Processing and assessing credit applications
n
Proactive collection of outstanding debts via telephone and email
n
Maintaining accurate customer account records
n
Responding to customer credit and account enquiries
n
Investigating and resolving account issues in a timely manner
n
Supporting the finance team with ad hoc accounts receivable duties as required
n
n
About you
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
n
Proven experience with cash allocation and account reconciliations
n




Experience processing credit applications and managing customer accounts
n
Strong collections experience with the confidence to contact customers regarding outstanding payments
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
High attention to detail and strong accuracy levels
n
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
n
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
n
A professional and customer-focused approach
n
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
n
