About the Role

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our service operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to Service Managers
n
Schedule technicians, service jobs, and routine maintenance activities
n
Respond to customer enquiries and act as a key point of contact
n




Coordinate and manage basic inspections and repair works
n
Review and process service reports
n
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
n
Assist with other duties as required
n
