Job Description
Carle Health seeks an Outpatient Mental Health Clinician to deliver evidence-based outpatient services, including individual, group, and family therapy, across a diverse patient panel in a rapid-paced team setting.
You will perform biopsychosocial assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and conduct ongoing risk assessments with safety planning, while documenting care in the electronic health record and adhering to HIPAA and privacy requirements.
