Assistant/Dispenser
to join our team on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.

What will you be doing?
n
As one of the first people our customers meet, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n

Welcoming customers and providing exceptional service
n




Supporting our Optometrists with pre-testing
n
Helping customers find frames that suit their style and personality
n
Providing advice on lens options and assisting with dispensing
n
Building genuine relationships with customers
n
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve great outcomes
n
n

What we're looking for
n
You don't need optical experience — we can teach you the technical side of the role.
n
We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
A passion for people and a genuine desire to provide great customer service
n
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
n
A positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude
n
The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
n
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
n
A strong team-focused approach
n
At least 2 years' retail or customer service experience in any customer-facing role
n
Australian working rights
n
n
Optical experience is highly regarded, but it's not essential.
n
Availability
n
We are offering a permanent full-time or part-time opportunity.
n
For part-time applicants, you will need to be available for a minimum of 3 + days per week, with weekend availability.
