Automotive ServiceReceptionist/Concierge
An exciting opportunity is available at Warrnambool Auto Group's Nissan, Chery & Kia Showroom for a customer focused Service Receptionist to join our friendly team.
As the successful candidate you are well presented, qualified and proactive.
You are an excellent communicator, display sound time management and organisational skills combined with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include;
Answering the inbound contacts in a timely manner
Processing repair orders, quotes, invoices, and payments
Resolving customer issues quickly and effectively, whilst maintaining a high standard of customer care
Sales and booking of service and repairs




The successful candidate will;
Display strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
Demonstrate well developed written and spoken communication skills
Work effectively in a small team environment
Hold a current, valid, Australian drivers license
Manage service parking
