The role sits at the head office with occasional travel to the manufacturing site, reporting to the Founder/CEO and partnering with senior leaders to build an employee‐first culture.
You will own end‐to‐end recruitment, performance management, HR documentation and engagement initiatives, plus succession planning, learning and safety
