Job Description
Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations across cafes, function spaces and restaurants.
You will lead and train staff, ensure high quality service, and champion sustainability and safety within a rapid-paced hospitality environment.
The role emphasizes guest experience, staff coordination and maintaining Taronga's mission to connect visitors with wildlife.
