We're currently seeking compassionate and reliable casual Disability Support Workers to join our team. With a variety of shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends - this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with participants.

About the role
n
You'll support participants with:
n
n
Daily living tasks and routines
n
Personal care and hygiene
n
Medication assistance
n
Emotional wellbeing and independence
n
Community participation and social engagement
n
Maintaining a safe, supportive home environment
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in support work, mental health, behaviour support, disability, community services, or a related field.
n
NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
n
WWCC (Blue Card)
n




First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
n
n

Highly Regarded
n
n
Cert IV in Mental Health or equivalent
n
Experience with complex behaviours or mental health

Strong communication and leadership skills
