Entry to Real Estate - Leasing Consultant
A great opportunity exists to join our New Business Team at Nepean's most successful Real Estate Group.
Spanning over several offices, we are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our group which is known for exceptional results, honesty, and professionalism which keeps us at the forefront in our marketplace.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Diarymanagement/organiseappointments
Organise and attend open for inspections and private inspections
Process rental applications and reference check
Respond to incoming enquiries via phone and email
Update propertylistings/advertisementsonline
Coordinate key handovers and lease signing with new tenants

The ideal candidate will have:
Current driver's licence
Be available to work Saturday's
Be immaculately presented and well-groomed
Possess your own reliable car
Have excellent communication skills
Possess a strong work ethic
Certificate ofRegistration/AssistantAgent Certification
