An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Accountant to join a well-established and growing business with a strong reputation in its industry. This is a broad role where you'll take ownership of the accounting function while gaining valuable exposure across the wider finance operation. The Opportunity n
n
Managing the end-to-end month-end close across multiple entities
n
Preparing monthly group consolidations, including intercompany transactions and eliminations
n
Managing project accounting, including WIP, cost tracking and margin analysis
n
Ensuring balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity
n
Supporting statutory accounts, BAS, FBT and external audit requirements
n
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting
n




Partnering with operational and project teams to provide commercial insight
n
Working closely with senior finance across a broad range of finance initiatives and process improvements
n
About You n
n
3+ years' experience across financial or group accounting
n
CPA or CA qualified or actively studying towards
n
Strong experience across multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accounting
n
Advanced Excel skills
n
Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of financial reporting
n
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to partner with non-finance stakeholders
n
