We are currently seeking entry-level Welders / Trades Assistants to join a busy precast concrete manufacturing team based in Swanbank.

The Role
You will be working with reo bar (reinforcing steel) to prepare reinforcement structures used in the production of large precast concrete products.
Duties will include:
Using a welding gun to tack weld reo bar together
Creating large steel reinforcement sheets
Using basic hand tools and equipment
General labouring and housekeeping duties




Following safety procedures and instructions at all times
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Interested in learning basic welding skills
Able to work as part of a team
Safety-conscious and willing to follow instructions
Previous labouring, construction or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential

Shift Times: 4am / 5am / 6am shifts start times for 8-10hours per day
