Job Description
Serco is seeking a Civilian Psychologist to join Tindal Health Centre at RAAF Base Tindal, near Katherine, NT.
You will deliver high-quality mental healthcare to Defence personnel in a remote setting as part of a dedicated medical team.
The role is permanent and full-time with structured hours (Mon–Fri) with an early Friday finish, CPD leave, and in office parking.
You will conduct fitness-for-duty assessments and develop treatment plans to support wellbeing and resilience.
