Job Description
NiCE is seeking a Lead AI Software Engineer, CX, to implement and deliver AI-driven solutions across the NICE CXone ecosystem.
You will act as a hands-on contributor, building integrations and configuring conversational AI platforms for high-quality project delivery.
The role emphasizes design-driven PoCs, customer workshops, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
A robust background in JavaScript, AI interfaces, and security is required.
NiCE-FLEX supports hybrid work arrangements.
