Family Lawyer
Brisbane Southside | Full-Time
We're a well-established Brisbane Southside law firm seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Family Lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis.
You'll manage your own file load across a broad range of Family Law matters, with the opportunity to assist on General Practice matters from time to time.
About you
You'll have solid post-qualification experience in Family Law, including divorce, child support, property settlements, spousal maintenance and binding financial agreements.
You're a motivated self-starter with a mature, skilled attitude and the initiative to manage your files with minimal supervision.

especially when working with clients through difficult circumstances
Strong attention to detail and excellent legal drafting skills
A proven ability to provide transparent, high-quality legal advice
A practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
Confidence managing time recording and billable hours
The ability to appear confidently before the Local, District and Family Courts
