Roster availability 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm and 12pm-8pm .

These hands-on, fast-paced Dispatch Coordinator roles are perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and working with people.
You'll coordinate deliveries, manage schedules, and communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate and dispatch drivers for timely deliveries
Monitor and manage transport schedules to meet customer requirements
Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding deliveries
Handle queries, changes, and exceptions efficiently
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise operations

About You
Previous experience as a Dispatch Coordinator, Transport Coordinator, Scheduler, Transport Administrator, Logistics Administrator or Logistics Coordinator
Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a customer-focused mindset
