About the Role:
As a Dental Assistant & Receptionist, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door.
You'll support the team through a combination of dental assisting, sterilisation, and reception duties, helping ensure our clinics run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the dentist during procedures, including chair-side support and sterilisation of instruments.
Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instruments.
Managing patient appointments, bookings and recalls.
Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
Handling patient enquiries and coordinating patient care.
Maintaining patient records and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Managing payments and health fund claims.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a dental assistant and/or dental receptionist is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, friendly attitude with a strong focus on patient care.
Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.




Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in dental software (Oasis, Examine Pro) is a plus but not essential.
