About this role:
Flexible hours available as we are open 7 days a week from 5:30am to 11pm.
This is an immediate start position
Requirements:
Must hold avalid RSAandFood Handling Certificate
Minimum3 years' experiencein a restaurant setting
Confident intable serviceand working in a fast-paced workplace
Strong knowledge ofcustomer serviceand a genuine passion for hospitality
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide attentive service and handle guest requests promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all guest areas.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
Handle payments and operate the POS system correctly.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards always.
Skills & Qualities:
Proficient in English speaking

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience.
