Since ****, our Kelso facility has produced over 70 crumb varieties for commercial customers across Recent Zealand and Australia.
We also provide complete coating systems including pre-mixes, specialty products, and a variety of batter styles.

About the Role:
Position: Production Operator Schedule: The plant operates Monday to Thursday - 12-hour shifts (day or night) 6am to 6pm and 6pm - 6am
We offer full training - no prior experience required!
You'll be involved in:
Measuring and mixing ingredients
Operating machinery and monitoring processes




Reporting safety hazards or equipment issues
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For - Essential Criteria:
Basic math skills
Strong team player with a reliable and punctual work ethic
Enthusiastic, energetic attitude
Alignment with our core values: Sustainability, Commitment, Integrity & Community
Commitment to Health & Safety policies and procedures
Desirable Skills - A Bonus, But Not Essential:
Current LF Forklift License (would be an advantage)
HR Truck License
Experience in Health & Safety
Basic computer skills
Background in the food industry
