We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Operations team as an Inventory Officer.
This full-time permanent role offers stability and the opportunity to work in a positive and enjoyable work environment.
As an Inventory Officer at Vitex Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records to support our manufacturing and distribution operations.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities will include:
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records




Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to support production and customer orders
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
Assist with counting and stock takes
Be able to use pallet jack and other Warehouse equipment.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in inventory management or related field preferable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit.
