The Role
Bunbury SHS is seeking an energetic and passionate Science Teacher to join their high performing team.
The successful applicant should ideally possess excellent knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum and be capable of delivering content in an engaging manner.
Previous experience or qualifications to teach Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) Biology or Human Biology, and in the Gifted and Talented Program context are highly desired.
They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills,



enabling effective interaction with students, colleagues, and parents.
Additionally, they should be highly effective team members, actively contributing to a positive culture of success where students are motivated to achieve their personal best.

Mobility appointments for permanent,



metropolitan and south westteachers
Eligible permanent teachers who hold a substantive teaching position in a North or South Education Region school, or a South WestEducation Region school* may elect to undertake this role as a 3-year mobility appointment, with a right of return to their substantive position.
At the cessation of the 3-year mobility appointment, teachers can elect to return to their substantive role, or transfer permanently into this school.
