This is a varied role that combines site inspections, project management and estimating, giving you the chance to manage projects from initial assessment through to completion. You'll enjoy a mix of time spent on site, working from home and collaborating with the team in the office.

Project Manager / Estimator | Restoration

We're partnering with a well-established restoration company to recruit a Project Manager / Estimator to join their Sydney team.

This is a varied role that combines site inspections, project management and estimating, giving you the opportunity to manage projects from initial assessment through to completion. You'll enjoy a mix of time spent on site, working from home and collaborating with the team in the office.

The Role
n
n
Attend residential and commercial sites to assess damage following water, fire, mould and other insured events.
n
Prepare accurate restoration estimates and scopes of work.
n




Manage restoration projects from commencement through to completion.
n
Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
n
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, clients and other key stakeholders.
n
Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates throughout each project.
n
Deliver a high level of customer service during what can often be a stressful time for clients.

About You
n
n
Previous experience within the restoration industry.
n
Experience estimating and/or managing restoration projects.
n
Strong understanding of water, fire and mould restoration.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
n
Current Driver Licence.
n
