Job Description
You will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to dogs of a variety of breeds, sizes and coat types. Working within a veterinary hospital also means you have the reassurance of a veterinary team close by should a pet have a health concern during their visit.

Key responsibilities

Full clips and Part Clips
n
Bathing, blow-drying and brushing
n
De-shedding and coat maintenance
n
Nail trimming
n
Hygiene and tidy-up clips
n
Discussing grooming requirements with clients
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised grooming area
n
Providing gentle and compassionate handling of all dogs in your care
n
Identifying and communicating any skin, ear or other health concerns to our veterinary team
n

About you
n

Has previous qualified dog grooming experience
n




Is confident grooming a variety of breeds and coat types
n
Can work independently and manage their grooming schedule
n
Is patient, caring and compassionate
n
Takes pride in producing high-quality grooms
n
Has good communication and customer-service skills
n
Is reliable, organised and a great team player
