We are representing a proudly independent Australian practice known for handling the country's most high-profile, complex, and reputationally sensitive legal matters.
The Prospect
The firm's Disputesgroup manages a portfolio of work that includes significant commercial litigation, major class actions, and complex regulatory proceedings.
In this team you will find a rare balance: the scale and resources of a large national practice, paired with the focused, mentorship-driven approach of a tight-knit team.
The team is looking to bring on an Associate or SA level litigator to work directly with Partners to shape the team's litigation strategy.




Your matter cycle will include drafting pleadings, preparing complex evidence and submissions, managing key workstreams within major proceedings, preparing for and being actively involved in hearings and trials.
You
Please reach out to us to discuss this role if you have between 3-5 PAE in a top-tier or specialist litigation practice providing exposure to large-scale commercial disputes, investigations and class actions.
You'll need to have robust knowledge and confidence across the litigation lifecycle paired with excellent academics.
