What this opportunity involves:
n
We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join our Sourcing and Procurement team for one of our prestigious technology company- Atlassian. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic procurement initiatives across three major regions (APAC, EMEA and AMER) while driving exceptional vendor management and compliance standards.
n
As a trusted advisor to both the Client and JLL leadership, you will oversee a comprehensive procurement portfolio including strategic sourcing, vendor performance and contract governance and compliance oversight.
n
Reporting to the Head of Sourcing, the role will be managing both direct and indirect reports across the regions. You will be based at the JLL Sydney CBD office.
n
Please note - this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Develop and execute annual Procurement Strategyand category plans for high‐value categories across all regions, aligned with Atlassian's OKRs and budget frameworks
n
Lead strategic sourcing
initiativesincluding
market analysis, supplier negotiations, tendering processes, and contract negotiations to deliver optimal outcomes
n




Oversee vendor performance management programsincluding quarterly scorecards, KPI tracking, and strategic supplier review meetings with regional teams
n
Manage contract governancethrough centralized visibility of supplier contracts, compliance monitoring, and resolution of escalated vendor issues
n
Direct compliance oversight
activitiesincluding
annual vendor audits, insurance renewals, modern slavery reporting, and adherence to governance frameworks
n
Implement process improvementsand automation initiatives to enhance procurement reporting accuracy and operational efficiency across global systems
n
Maintain strategic stakeholder relationshipswith Atlassian representatives and JLL leadership, providing regular performance updates and risk mitigation plans
n
Lead and develop procurement teamsacross multiple regions while ensuring consistent vendor governance and compliance reporting standards
n

Key Skills & Requirements
n
n
Degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Managementor equivalent professional qualification (CIPS or equivalent)
n
At least 8 years of strategic procurement, sourcing contract management, and vendor governance experience
n
Extensive global sourcing experiencewith proven ability to deliver complex procurement projects within Integrated Facilities Management categories
n




Advanced contract negotiation skillswith demonstrated track record of driving favorable outcomes in strategic supply arrangements
n
High proficiency in procurement systemssuch as Jaggaer, Aravo, and Corrigo, with robust data governance and analytical capabilities
n
Comprehensive understanding of compliance standardsincluding insurance verification, licensing, background checks, and modern slavery requirements
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilitieswith proven capacity to influence senior-level executives across client and vendor organizations
n
Multi-region leadership experiencemanaging procurement programs across APAC, EMEA, and AMER with cultural sensitivity and regional awareness
n
Ability to travel domestically and internationally for regional and vendor meetings (minimal)
