About You
You will bring substantial experience in strategic workforceplanning, organisational development, workforce analytics andorganisational effectiveness within a complex organisation.Confident working with workforce data, you can translate insightsinto practical strategies that support capability, leadershipeffectiveness, workforce resilience and organisational performance.Your solid research, problem-solving, communication andstakeholder engagement skills will help you provide trusted advice,influence decision-making and lead organisation-wide workforceinitiatives.

About the position
Permanent full-time position based in the ToowoombaCBD.
Annual salary range of $128,****** - $144,****** gross perannum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to *****%superannuation.

How to be successful in this position
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management,Organisational Psychology, or other related field.
Extensive experience in strategic workforce planning,organisational development,



workforce analytics and/ororganisational effectiveness in a complex organisationalenvironment.
Professional certification with the Australian HumanResources Institute (AHRI), or an equivalent internationallyrecognised HR professional certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM)would be highly desirable.
Proven ability to lead and deliver organisational wideprograms.
Experience developing, implementing and evaluatingworkforce strategies.
Alignment with Council's values.
