Job Description
The AI Enablement Officer sits at the intersection of traditional business analysis, operations, and pragmatic technical execution. Reporting to the COO, this role is responsible for auditing company-wide workflows, pinpointing manual operational bottlenecks, and applying AI technologies to transform how teams operate daily. This is a hands-on enablement role requiring both process design expertise and the ability to vibe code building rapid prototypes, scripts, and automated flows to embed AI directly into the organisation's operational DNA.

Key responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end business analysis across all departments to identify high-friction manual tasks suitable for AI transformation
n
Leverage AI tools, low-code/no-code builders, and AI coding assistants to quickly build and test custom automation solutions alongside business teams
n
Hand off validated prototypes to system administrators for deployment via established go-to-market (GTM) processes to ensure strict security and compliance standards
n
Embed AI tools into daily operational software (CRMs, communication hubs, knowledge bases)

Partner directly with department leads (Sales, HR, Marketing, Ops, Finance) to design tailored AI enablement roadmaps
n
Lead hands‐on workshops and training sessions to boost AI literacy and prompt engineering skills across all teams
n
Monitor the safety, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness of deployed AI tools and workflows
n
Proactively invest time in acquiring deep domain and data knowledge specific to novated leasing and operational workflows
n

About you
n
n
4+ years of experience across Business Analysis, Operations Management, or Operations Technology
n
Practical experience with up-to-date LLMs, generative AI tools, and automation platforms
n
Hands‐on ability to vibe code using AI assistants and low‐code solutions to build functional scripts and integrations rapidly
n
Outstanding communication skills to drive change management across non‐technical teams
