Home Delivery Service (HDS) is recruiting experienced order pickers and pallet rider operators to join our new Acacia Ridge Distribution Centre. We're looking for operators who enjoy a fast paced setting, work safely and accurately, and consistently achieve productivity targets.

About the Role:
n
As an Order Picker Operator, you'll use a pallet rider picking equipment and RF scanners to accurately pick customer orders. This role suits people who enjoy staying active, working efficiently, and being part of a high-performing warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Operate a pallet rider equipment safely at all times
n
Pick customer orders using RF scanners
n
Meet productivity and accuracy targets
n




Perform repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
n
Work across Ambient, Chiller, or Freezer areas where required
n
Follow all WHS and food safety procedures
n
n
What We're Looking For:

RF scanning experience
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse
n
Strong focus on safety and quality
n
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Comfortable with repetitive manual handling
