Old Mate's Group is looking for cocktail bar staff to join a team of professionals that strive to provide quality service. The role is based at Old Mate's Place, a 2 level bar with a rooftop located on Clarence Street in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Old Mate's Place is a winner of the **** Bar of the year by Australian Bartender Magazine. Part of the family is Old Love's, a winner of rum bar of the year **** for Bartender magazine. The venues are multi-faceted high-volume cocktail bars focused on guest experience. We have a solid inhouse training program in place for the right candidate to develop the skills they have already achieved in their professional bartending career.

2 years' experience in a high pace cocktail bar
n
Motivated and ambitious in the way you work
n
Positive attitude towards team and workplace
n
Genuine love for hospitality
n
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required at the start of employment
n
Australian work rights required for this positionAble to commit for longer than 6 months
