About the Role
n
Haus of Laser Sydney is looking for a passionate, confident and motivated Laser & Skin Therapist to join our growing team.
n
The role is focused on delivering high-quality laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments, while providing every client with a skilled, personalised and results-driven experience.
n
Your Responsibilities
n
n
Perform professional laser hair removal treatments
n
Perform HydraFacial treatments, including customised boosters and LED
n
Perform skin needling / microneedling treatments
n
Perform advanced skin treatments and customised facials
n
Conduct client consultations and skin assessments
n
Develop personalised treatment plans based on each client's skin concerns and goals
n
Recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products
n
Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment care
n
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
n
Follow all clinic safety, hygiene and treatment protocols
n
Maintain a clean, organised and professional treatment environment
n
Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through to treatment and aftercare
n
Build robust, long-term relationships with clients
n
Work towards treatment and retail targets where applicable
n
Assist with general clinic duties, opening and closing procedures
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Has a genuine passion for laser and skin
n
Is confident performing treatments and consulting with clients
n
Has experience with laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments
n
Is confident with HydraFacial and/or skin needling, or is willing to be trained
n
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Is professional, reliable and well-presented
n
Takes pride in delivering high-quality treatments
n
Is passionate about achieving real results for clients
n
Has a strong eye for detail
n
Is eager to continue learning and developing their skills
n
Works well independently and as part of a team
n
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
n
Has availability for evenings and weekends where required
n
n
Experience With
n
Experience with Candela laser systems, HydraFacial, LED therapy, skin needling and advanced skin treatments is highly regarded.
n
Training may be provided to the right candidate.
