This is a customer-focused, full-time opportunity, located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. We are looking for a Service Receptionist with a desire to learn and grow, as part of our award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

First point of contact - bring your smile
n
Book appointments, follow up contact and assist customers with queries
n
Proactively communicate with customers
n
Daily administration and support for the service and sales teams
n
Nurture our existing, loyal customer base and develop new customer relationships
n
n
About You:
n
n
Good computer skills are essential
n
Know how to connect with people and understand what a quality customer service experience truly means
n
Well-presented and professional presentation
n
Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
n




Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Proactive, not reactive approach
n
Able to work Monday to Friday - *****am - 5.00pm
n
Full working rights, and committed to a full time role
