Job Description
NSW Health's Hospital in the Home team at Newcastle Community Health Centre seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver hospital‐level care in patients' homes. You'll balance autonomy with clinical excellence, manage a daily workload and perform comprehensive nursing assessments, wound care, medications, and pathology collection.
