Support a Lead Buyer's Agent across the North Shore, sourcing and assessing residential property from brief through to purchase. Build strong agent relationships to access off-market stock while developing your skills toward managing your own clients.

Inspect, research and shortlist property against client briefs

Support negotiations and the purchase process

Manage property research, admin and due diligence

Network and prospect to generate new clients

Liaise with solicitors, brokers, agents and banks

Experience required:
n
n
Real Estate experience in sales or buyer management
n
A NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
n
Knowledge of the North Shore, amenities and property types
n
Strong networking and relationship building skills
n
Have a valid driver's licence, reliable car
n
Highly orgaisned with a sharp attention to detail
n
Available to work Monday to Saturday
n
