Job Description
Wesley Mission in Australia is seeking a Case Manager for OOHC (Foster Care) and Supported Independent Living. You'll support children and young people toward safe placements, working with birth families and carers to build life skills.

The role requires a social work related degree and OOHC experience, with flexible schedule and a current drivers license. A 12-month contract with a generous salary packaging package and a fully maintained vehicle is offered.
