Job Description
The Recent Zealand Venue Co. is seeking experienced Duty Managers to support operations across our Wellington venues. You will work with the venue management team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales while maintaining a high standard of service.

Role requires leading shifts, coordinating events and promotions, and ensuring OH&S; compliance. You will recruit and train new staff, provide feedback, and nurture a positive, inclusive team culture across venues.
