We are seeking a production-focused Plant Operator to assist with the running of an asphalt plant local to Townsville.
n
What You Will Be Doing
n
n
Produce, allocate and dispatch asphalt product to meet production and quality requirements
n
Monitor and conduct routine maintenance of the asphalt production plant and associated equipment
n
Operate mobile plant including front end loader, bobcat, and forklift
n




Dispatch and loading of trucks with above machinery
n
Basic administration including stock control
n
Work closely with the laboratory and production team
n
n
What You Will Need
n
n
Previous plant, production, batching or asphalt experience (preferred)
n
Front End Loader experience and RII (essential)
n
Current Driver Licence and reliable transport
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety
n
Forklift, EWP or Confined Space ticket (highly regarded)
n
