Experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner

Therapy Collab is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing, values‐driven team. This role is ideal for someone who delivers high‐quality, trauma‐informed behaviour support and wants a manageable caseload that allows for meaningful, well‐paced clinical work.
n
You'll work closely with families, SIL providers, support coordinators and multidisciplinary partners, contributing to a service that prioritises ethical practice, cultural safety and practitioner wellbeing.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Delivering evidence‐based, trauma‐informed behaviour support
n
Managing a small,



secure caseload with time for quality documentation
n
Completing functional assessments, behaviour support plans and ongoing monitoring
n
Collaborating with families, providers and MDTs
n
Contributing to reflective practice, service development and continuous improvement
n
Upholding NDIS Quality & Safeguards requirements
n

Who you are
n
n
An experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with strong clinical reasoning - Proficient or above
n
Skilled in Functional Behaviour Assessment, risk management and restrictive practice reduction
n
Confident working with complex presentations and diverse support environments
n
Collaborative, reflective and committed to high‐quality documentation
n
Someone who values autonomy, transparency and trauma‐informed practice
n
Must have a Bachelors Degree or above in a relevant discipline
n
